Website submissions are reviewed by staff before enrollment decisions.

These terms explain how families use the public website for inquiry, booking, registration, and school operations.

Parent/guardian submission

A parent or guardian must submit forms. Students do not receive accounts and should not submit personal information directly through this site.

Staff review

Consultation, trial, and registration requests create backoffice records. Staff review class placement, scheduling, capacity, and consent before confirming enrollment.

Tuition status only

The backoffice may track manual tuition status and notes. This website does not collect card, bank, or payment gateway data.

Messaging

Email or copy-ready message templates require staff review. SMS is an optional add-on and requires explicit opt-in before any external messaging provider is connected.
